May 18 2016: Expert advice on a range of topics was shared at the Nanaksar Sikh temple's Health Expo in Manurewa. About 200 people went along to the expo, hosted by the temple's Spoken Words Youth Group to raise awareness of common health issues in the community.
Among the subjects discussed were diabetes, dental care, cholesterol, water safety and mental health.
Various prizes and awards were handed out with one lucky visitor taking home a voucher for a half-price return trip to India, sponsored by Travel Globe.
