Friend,

The time has come! We are excited and proud to share with you our latest video, "Diversity Day," made by Funny or Die, the largest digital comedy brand in the world. In just a few hours, tens of thousands of people have watched it.

The Funny or Die video is important because we know Sikh children across America can often feel left out and unwanted simply because they look different. We hope a young Sikh will watch this video and feel proud of their values -- gender equality, racial equality, religious tolerance -- and their identity regardless of what the outside world is telling them.

We know from experience running public relations campaigns and our research that the video will resonate with an American audience and that this audience will be receptive to it.

The video is produced by Funny or Die, the largest comedic digital brand in the world, and will include prominent Sikhs such as Babbu Beard (from Jus Reign's videos) and Sandy Kaur (a.k.a. Sandy Lion).

To learn more about why we are creating this video, watch this video of our Executive Director Anjleen Kaur talk with Brad Jenkins, an Executive Director and Managing Director of Funny or Die, below:

We highly encourage you to check out the video on YouTube and Facebook

Let's use this to bring awareness to our values!

Thanks,
National Sikh Campaign
