Three informative articles by my writers this week

Posture (11K)

1. The first article by my writers this week is very informative. So many people come to me with chronic problems and headaches. Many of them I refer to the bodywork therapist Guru Prem Khalsa, who works in our office. This article explains how common this problem, is and the many consequences that can come from it. Most importantly, it gives you a set of exercises that you can do at your desk to help prevent bad posture and other conditions that can result from it.

SootheWinterSkin (11K)

2. The second article by my writers this week is about how to winterize your skin. Many people get dry skin in the winter. This article gives nine suggestions for keeping your skin moisturized during the coming winter season.

3. The third article by my writers this week is about contaminated water at schools. Most of us consider the problem with lead exposure to be long gone. However, as this article points out there are schools in Americans actually have lead in the drinking water! In my own practice of medicine, I find many patients who have excessive amounts of lead in their body caused by their dishware or drinking glasses that they use at home. I have found so many people with excessive lead in their body, that we have a state certified lead inspector who can visit their houses. As you know lead is associated with everything from lost IQ points in children to neurodegenerative diseases in adults.
