Antar Naad is a Kundalini Yoga meditation that is used to focus on the influence God has over the power of the cosmos to multiply itself, sealed with ung; and the influence God has over the creative power of the soil to also multiply itself, sealed by ung.
Shabad Kriya is a Kundalini Yoga kriya that helps stimulate the generation of hormones called melatonins, this hormones regulate the state of awareness and activity during the day, and the state of restoration and recovery during the night; it's used to stimulate Pineal Gland, this gland is located at the center of the brain, and stimulating it with the mudra and the mantra for this kriya, creates the balance that helps stay active while awake and feel sleepy while sleeping
ਜੋ ਦੀਸੈ ਸੋ ਸਗਲ ਬਿਨਾਸੈ ਜਿਉ ਬਾਦਰ ਕੀ ਛਾਈ ॥
jo dheesai so sagal binaasai jiau baadhar kee chhaiee ||
Whatever is seen, shall all pass away, like the shadow of a cloud.
ਜਸ ਦੇਖੀਐ ਤਰਵਰ ਕੀ ਛਾਇਆ ॥
jas dhekheeaai taravar kee chhaiaa ||
It is like the shadow of a tree;
ਸੁਖ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਗਾਵਿਆ ॥੩॥
sukh kaa naam nidhaan gurmukh gaaviaa ||3||
The Gurmukhs sing of the Naam, the treasure of peace. ||3||
ਸੂਰਜੁ ਏਕੋ ਰੁਤਿ ਅਨੇਕ ॥
sooraj eko rut anek ||
and the various seasons originate from the one sun;
ਮੂਲੁ ਨ ਬੁਝੈ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਸਤੁ ਰਹੀ ਘਰ ਬਾਰਿ ॥
mool na bujhai aapanaa vasat rahee ghar baar ||
He does not understand his own origins; the merchandise remains within the door of his own house.
ਸਾਕਤ ਨਿਰਗੁਣਿਆਰਿਆ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂਲੁ ਪਛਾਣੁ ॥
saakat niraguniaariaa aapanaa mool pachhaan ||
You worthless, faithless cynic-recognize your own origin!
ਕੋ ਸੁਘੜਾ ਕੋ ਮੂੜਤਾ ਕਹਾ ਤਰਕ ਅਵਤਰਕ ॥੩॥੨੦੩॥
ko sughaRaa ko mooRataa kahaa tarak avatarak ||3||203||
What are wisdom and foolishness? What are logical and illogical? 3.203.
ਕਿ ਪਿਸਰੇ ਅਜ਼ਾ ਬੂਦ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਜ਼ਮੀਰ ॥
k pisare azaa boodh rauashan zameer ||
He (the Minister?) was blessed with a son, whose thinking was logical too
ਧਰਮ ਧਉਲੁ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਹੋਇ ਧੀਰਜਿ ਵਹੈ ਸਹੈ ਸਿਰਿ ਭਾਰਾ।
dharam dhaul paragaT hoi dheeraj vahai sahai sir bhaaraa|
Dharma in the form of mythological bull patiently bears and burden of the earth.
ਸੁਣਿ ਆਖਾਣਿ ਵਖਾਣੁ ਆਖਿ ਵਖਾਣਿਆ।
sun aakhaan vakhaan aakh vakhaaniaa|
People go on explaining disconnected rumours
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਦਰੀ ਪਾਈਐ ਕੂੜੀ ਕੂੜੈ ਠੀਸ ॥੩੨॥
naanak nadharee paieeaai kooRee kooRai Thees ||32||
O Nanak, by His Grace He is obtained. False are the boastings of the false. ||32||
ਲਬੁ ਕੁਤਾ ਕੂੜੁ ਚੂਹੜਾ ਠਗਿ ਖਾਧਾ ਮੁਰਦਾਰੁ ॥
lab kutaa kooR choohaRaa Thag khaadhaa muradhaar ||
Greed is a dog; falsehood is a filthy street-sweeper. Cheating is eating a rotting carcass.
ਅਸੰਖ ਮੂਰਖ ਅੰਧ ਘੋਰ ॥
asa(n)kh moorakh a(n)dh ghor ||
Countless fools, blinded by ignorance.
ਅੰਧੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਿਆ ਨਾ ਤਿਸੁ ਏਹ ਨ ਓਹੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
a(n)dhai naam visaariaa naa tis eh na oh ||1|| rahaau ||
The blind man has forgotten the Name; he is in limbo, neither here nor there. ||1||Pause||
ਅੰਧਾ ਕਚਾ ਕਚੁ ਨਿਕਚੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
a(n)dhaa kachaa kach nikach ||1|| rahaau ||
The spiritually blind are unripe and imperfect, inferior and worthless. ||1||Pause||
ਪਾਣੀ ਧੋਤੈ ਉਤਰਸੁ ਖੇਹ ॥
paanee dhotai utaras kheh ||
water can wash away the dirt.
ਗਾਵਹਿ ਤੁਹਨੋ ਪਉਣੁ ਪਾਣੀ ਬੈਸੰਤਰੁ ਗਾਵੈ ਰਾਜਾ ਧਰਮੁ ਦੁਆਰੇ ॥
gaaveh tuhano paun paanee baisa(n)tar gaavai raajaa dharam dhuaare ||
The praanic wind, water and fire sing; the Righteous Judge of Dharma sings at Your Door.
ਪਵਣ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਗਨੀ ਪਾਤਾਲ ॥
