 Track 2. The Poetry of Shabad Hazaray. In this section of the course, we go into the poetic meaning of the four letters that Guru Arjan wrote to his father, Guru Ram Das. And how Guru Arjan calls out to his father in the deepest state of longing and love.

Track 3. There is a meditation to Heal the Wounds of Love that uses the 4 Letters of Shabad Hazaray, as well as the Shalok from the 17th Ashtapadi of Sukhmani. This portion of the workshop, the class does this meditation with live music.
